• Extended Shooting Time

- $75 per additional 30 minutes

- Payment for extensions is due at the end of session.

• Travel Fees

- Up to 20 miles: No fee

- 21–40 miles: $35 flat

- Beyond 40 miles: Flat rate + $1 per mile after 40mi (one way)

- Out-of-state/overnight: Client covers travel, lodging, $75/day per-diem.

• Location & Permit Fees

- Client covers all permits and location fees.

- If client wishes to shoot in a second location not included in packaging, client must pay an additional flat rate travel fee. (If location is not in reasonable walkable distance from original shoot location)

Parking & Access

- Client covers parking fees, tolls, tickets if incurred.

• Additional Editing / Retouching

- Skin: $15/image

- Object removal: from $20/image

- Custom edits: quoted case-by-case.

• Rush Delivery

- 48 hours: +$60

- 24 hours: +$120

- Same-day: +$200 (if possible)

• Buying Extra Images

- 15 Photos: $50

- 20 Photos: $75

- RAW file purchase: $200 per session.

• Video Package

- 10 Second edited clip: $

- 20 Photos: $75

- RAW file purchase: $200 per session.

• Reshoot Policy

- Free only for photographer error.

- Client-requested: $150 + travel/location fees.

• Late Arrival

- Session ends at scheduled time; late arrival doesn't extend shooting time.

- Extra time must be purchased, if extended shooting time is desired.

• Image Storage

- Images stored via virtual gallery for 30 days

• Payment for Add-Ons

- All add-ons must be paid before final image delivery.

• Client Acknowledgement

- Booking a session confirms acceptance of these terms.
