  • Virtual tour pricing

- Base covers 6-8 360 photos. Additional panoramas may be purchased in increments of 2 for $50 per pair.

- For every 4 extra panos purchased, client will receive a complementary additional 3-5 still images.

- Payment for additions is due before photo delivery.

  • Travel Fees

- Up to 20 miles: No fee

- 21–40 miles: $35 flat

- Beyond 40 miles: $35 + $1 per mile after 40mi (one way)

  • Location & Permit Fees

- Client covers all permits and location fees.

- If client wishes to shoot a second location, client must buy an additional package. (Discounted ~$100 per extra location)

Parking & Access

- Client covers parking fees, tolls, tickets if incurred.

  • Additional Editing / Retouching

- Object removal: from $20/image

- Custom edits: quoted case-by-case.

  • Reshoot Policy

- Free only for photographer error.

- Client-requested: $150 + any travel/location fees.

  • Image Storage

- Images stored via virtual gallery

  • Payment for Add-Ons

- All add-ons must be paid before final image delivery.

  • Client Acknowledgement

- Booking a session confirms acceptance of these terms.
